Full disclosure, I’m in Aikido for the Hakama!
Just got my 2nd COVID vaccine shot and I’m starting to think about going back on the mat. After more than a year of not training I was looking for my hakama and it made me reflect on some of the hiccups on the way to the perfect mat appearance.
